Magdalena Otamendi’s area of expertise is in the field of Industrial Property, particularly in Trademark Law, providing counsel for local and foreign companies.
She graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de la Empresa (Buenos Aires, Argentina), as a psychologist from the Universidad del Salvador (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and is also a registered Industrial Property Agent (INPI). She joined G. Breuer in 2017.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG), and the Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial (AAAPI).
