Pedro C. Breuer Moreno specializes in litigation regarding protection and defense of industrial and intellectual property rights.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina, joined G. Breuer in 1989 and is partner since 2000.
He has participated as lecturer and moderator in a variety of seminars and conferences and has authored a variety of articles in specialized publication addressing his area of expertise.
He is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and of the following organizations: Asociación Inter-Americana de la Propiedad Industrial (ASIPI), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI – Secretary of the Argentina Chapter), Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial (AAAPI), and Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (FICPI).
